Grace Watson Hall is an original structure on the RIT campus, exhibiting a modernist-brick exterior that RIT is well known for. The interior of the building contained elements of the original building design but was primarily composed of a mix of various renovations. Prior to this project, the building’s public spaces had not seen significant renovation in more than 20 years. The building houses the University’s largest on-campus dining hall, one of the largest commercial kitchens in Monroe County, many student services departments, and a public café.
