This community of 80 affordable apartments is designed to provide support for a mix of low-income residents, individuals with physical disabilities, people in mental health recovery, and formerly homeless individuals. This blended population and the support provided by the owner’s team combine with the building design to allow individuals to succeed despite their challenges. The program includes office space for support staff beyond typical building management and maintenance, as well as ample meeting space where staff can meet with residents individually or in groups to assist with whatever challenges residents are facing. The community room and scattered lounge spaces allow for residents to gather in groups of various sizes, with a generous elevated deck with views of the river and downtown.
